Frequently, automation is a necessity when cutting is required, especially for the feeding and the evacuation of the product.
Numerous possibilities exist for automation, such as sheet movement, as well as for the off-line programming of the machine.
A typical configuration could be:
– Front feeding table with pneumatic grippers and centering unit
– Sheet stacking unit
– Integrated numerical control for the administration of the whole unit

Various types of production can be integrated into 1 working zone if necessary.
In a specific case, the plant is composed of a series of works integrated into a production line for the construction of metallic boxes. These types of plants, guarantee high productivity since several products transit throughout the various contemporary production phases.
Further, it is also often possible to proceed with two parallel different productions as illustrated below, which typically consist of:
- Auto-centering table for sheet stacks
- Automatic sheet loading system through a CNC 2 axes controlled elevation system with a vacuum suction system
- System for the sheet control with front and rear grippers Integrated sheet metal working systems controlled by the CNC
- Special machine for the realization of beading, front notching, rear notching and text incision
- Sheet transport system through a 2 axes controlled elevation system in two directions (towards the external offloading table or towards the 2° working table)
- Tiltable automatic centering table
- 4 axes Press brake with sensors on backgauge fingers
- Anthropomorphic robot with vacuum suction grippers
- Parellel loading system for only bent sheets
- 5 position rolling table for offloading finished product
